The Chophouse is absolutely amazing! From the servers to the food and the manager, this place is a 10+ ! The restaurant layout is awesome. I have already made reservations for February 2024, while in Louisville! See you again soon ✌️🥃✌️🥃

They are a fairly new restaurant so we will give another chance. The manager was amazing and personable but the sever was slow and had to be reminded of requests multiple times. We aren’t complainers so we nicely did so. Steak was good but not spectacular for the price and the roasted chicken was dry and a small proportion. Drinks were amazing and the bar tender Kyle was amazing! $200 with tip for 2 people for comparison, only 1 glass of wine ordered at the table.
This was our first and will not be our last. We had awesome meals, Devin, our waiter, provided excellent service and the birthday dessert, peanut butter pie was absolutely amazing! We would highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

The restaurant is definitely getting better each time I go. I did have to speak with the manager about my dish, which I did not ask to do. The waiter must have mentioned it and the manager came over. He saw the issue and stated it would be fixed goring forward. Excellent job at being attentive and listening for pescatarian preferences.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent meal at Oliver’s on 12/3/2023. The restaurant has a lovely understated elegance that is the perfect ambiance for both a special celebration or more casual dining experience. Devin was our primary server and was friendly, helpful, and attentive as were the other individuals who assisted him. The food was perfectly prepared - very delicious! Lovely place, my husband got the Ribeye Steak it was excellent. I myself got the chicken it was also excellent. Most chicken from a steakhouse is dry and not super tasty but the chicken at Oliver's was super juicy. I also love how the skin on the chicken was crispy along with the cream sauce it was served with on my plate. Lastly the host was a bald man with a beard super nice and our waitress I believe was named Riohanna was very sweet and nice. My husband and I will return. Thank you!
