Seated promptly and friendly hostesses. Great dining service. They are getting started and they are doing a great job. Should only improve. Nice selection of cocktails and all my party enjoyed theirs. Will go back.

The staff was great. The maple biscuits and rolls were very good. The steak had a nice char on it but was overcooked. The whipped potatoes were good, nothing special. The mac and cheese was shells with panko crumbs, which was mediocre. The asparagus was covered in oil and did not taste very good. Overall the food was ok but not good enough to justify the price.

My wife had a day out for Fathers Day that included dinner at Olivers at Derby City. The new restaurant is beautiful and aptly designed with an elegant yet comfortable dining experience. Our server Rachel was wonderful. Friendly and attentive, she had a solid knowledge of the menu. She staggered the courses perfectly. She did a great job. My wife had Colorado Lamb Chops and I had a prime sirloin strip. Both were perfectly cooked and larger than we expected. Nice restaurant, great bourbon selection, loved the crab cake appetizer. Service was very slow on Saturday, kitchen was way behind on orders for a not too busy night. Our dinner took 45 mins after ordering. Some of the staff appear to be new to fine dining service. Bar staff were great and drinks A++. Restaurant appears to need some more time to work out the kinks. Still a nice experience and plan to dine here again.
I definitely recommend it. The steak was made just like a I asked.
