Service was excellent! Our waiter did an outstanding job of explaining the menu and serving us. The atmosphere was quiet for the most part, only 4 other tables with guests. My filet was bland and over cooked, the asparagus had no taste so we sent that back. My husbands porterhouse came out chilled as if it had been sitting in the window for awhile. The manager had no people skills what so ever and talked to us as if we were children. Wasn’t the worst experience but I wouldn’t be going back.
If I could give a one star I would. The manger was very rude, they couldn’t sit our party together because they was booked solid during our entire visit only three tables came in.
The food was not good.My soup was not hot and fast nothing like lobster bisque -the smallest peiceof lobster in the soup I have ever seen.
Fillet and medallions came out burnt, twice! Manager and staff were understanding and apologetic about the food, but if your Fillet is $56 I'd hope you know how to cook it. Charcuterie board is mainly pimento cheese and bologna
Friendly reception and good server. Decor nice but nothing special. Most expensive and worst food we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Medium steak was charcoal, asparagus was overcooked and limp, and dessert was tasteless. I don’t complain, I just never go back.
Bar service was terrible. Our waitress had no clue about anything-sweet but had to have been brand new. Neither she or the bartender knew brands or how to mix simple cocktails. Won’t go back.
Ordered 3 filets for our table. All of them tasted like someone dropped a salt shaker on them. We couldn’t even eat them. They made us new ones and compensated us with a free piece of cheesecake. Was there well over 2 hours
The food, ambience, service were good. It was ALL spoiled when the field mouse appeared! The server and management were alerted. They just said sorry, but it probably came in because we have to open the door for deliveries and it probably got in then!!!!! It was awful! Didn’t sleep well knowing the mouse was one floor away from my bed!
Although there were few people in the restaurant a 6 pm we got the worst seat in the house right at the entry next to hostess station where the waiters bartender and hostesses were loud talking and laughing. The food was flavorless and the add on crab claws for 18.00 were so small that 5.00 for them would have been overpriced. The steak though was tender and cooked as ordered. Shrimp cocktail shrimp were flavorless. The tempora coated bacon strips were cold as they had been cooked long before being served. The kobi beef burg... read more
