I bought my equipment in April of '17 and these folks continue to provide service above and beyond. Once I looked at the YouTube videos to show the proper way to insert my devices into my ears a whole new world of clarity opened up to me. The first day of usage I left them in from 12 noon to 7 PM. Today my 2nd day I left them in from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. No problems at all. My wife and I met my daughter for lunch at a restaurant. Great product, great price and follow-up was excellent!
Pre-sale, sales and fulfillment were prompt and very professional. However, the programming was not as requested and I was not contacted about any problems. (I'll resolve the programming requests with my audiologist.) Yes, I'd return, but with more clarity around the programming.

It was good except the product was on back order a long time. I had told everyone that I would like them back because I had 12 people staying at my house for 1 week. I did receive them finally during the week of my reunion.
