As a committee member of my community we meet with an OpticalTel representative once a month; to discuss problems and on-going activity, which is working very well. Problems are addressed in a timely manner; yes some problems take longer to repair than others. An OpticalTel representative will also conduct web overview sessions on how to use and program the remote when ever we as a community ask; we usually do this twice a year.
