Orange County Property is AMAZING!!! I really started to think that all of these management companies were all the same, that was until my husband's friend recommended Orange County Property Management. This company is night and day from our previous two management companies. I highly recommend them!!!!

Let me start by saying that I love owning rental property but do not like dealing with tenant issues. That's where Eric with OCPM comes in. I've hired property management companies in the past to handle tenant situations and repairs and ultimately the burden just came back on me. I have been a tenant of one of the properties managed by Orange County Property Management, for almost 2 years. Every interaction with them has been exceptional. I truly get the feeling that not only is my landlord a customer of theirs but that I am too. If I were to relocate in the future, I would be sure to start with them first in finding another place.

Orange County Property Management and Eric are amazing. As soon as I met Eric, he put me at ease on renting my property. He took his time explaining the process and what his company does. I am always paid on time and if there is any issues with my property the staff takes care of it but keeps me informed. I almost wish I owned more properties that's how much I trust OCPM. I highly recommend them to any owner for a responsible, effective company they can trust their properties to.

I had to follow up and let people know how helpful this company was. I was looking for a place to rent and frankly was getting tired of dead end listings. I called about a condo listed with OCPM and the guys there made it their business to make it easy as possible from the time I called them, through application process, and dealing with the homeowners association. I highly recommend OCPMCo based on my 4 year experience having them manage my property. They have responded to my tenants requests in a very professional and expedient manner. They are well managed and reflect a very competent run, and honest property management company.
