They removed my comment. Took our money on a property that was already under contract . When I posted a comment, I got a call from Ana stating they would be refunding our money. No money was refunded.
There are some real whopper fake reviews in here. I assume that by reading the reviews you are looking for a company to care for your property with real care or looking for a place to call home. In either case it is important to you. It will not be to them. They will be late or not show up. You will call for help with a maintenance issue and it will not be a priority. Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences ever. The apartment rented to us has mold growing on the refrigerator, numerous maintenance issues (things broken), leaks in the ceiling and we have reported them to OC Property Management over and over since moving in a week or so ago and they never respond. We have been in the apartment less than two weeks and are miserable, upset, stressed and the mold could be causing us health issues. They refuse to contact us and send out people to fix the problems. The property manager (Regina Consoli) that handled our apartment search was unprofessional, dishonest and had horrible communication skills. She responded to all of our emails with childlike text-message phrases and presented herself as incompetent and uninterested. She lost our confidential paperwork and then complained that "it would take her hours to find!". Bad customer service from both brothers and the why they fire their employees
unprofessional I moved in to my apartment and it wasn't cleaned at all, also if you ask for maintence they pay no attention. And if you call they are never there to talk to you just the secatary is the only one that does her job right a man named Javier picked up after my many attempts and was extremely rude
