Orange County Property Management are simply the best. Not only are they are very efficient and professional when things go wrong, they go above and beyond the call of duty. You can have a peace of mind that someone is genuinely in your corner. I cant thank Eric and his team enough for all they've done, and I would never use anyone else.
Orange County Property Management was big help! We wanted to rent out our condo in Fountain Valley, and they took care of everything from finding a renter to collecting the rent, taking care of the unit and returning it to us. Other than the usual checking in on the apartment, there wasn't much to worry about! Highly recommended and will definitely use their service again!

I wanted to let people know how helpful this company was. I was looking for a place to rent and frankly was getting tired of dead end listing. I called about a condo listed with OCPM and the guys there made it their business to make it as easy as possible from the time I called them, through the application process. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. I'm a property owner that has been doing business with OCPM for a number of years.Now I realize how lucky I am to have a company like this that can deal with a tenant who wants to take advantage of a property owner. When a tenant of mine moves out, this company has records of when they moved in with pictures and notes. Thank you OCPM for doing a professional job, I don't need to deal with any of the tenants. They do it all; collect rent, maintenance issues and more. Most important is the tenants screening and those move in and move reports. Priceless!! Thanks again!!!!
