We just moved into the property by Orange County Property Management and the whole experience was great! Israel showed the property to my daughter and I and he was very friendly and professional! Everything happened in a timely manner, front the application process to signing the lease with Veronica. I love our home and looking forward to a great relationship with OCPM! Eric ha managed out 4 plex in Huntington Beach for several years now. We have never had any issues. He ad his brother Lance has communicated well with us when there has been a vacancy or a significant repair. Our 4 plex has never been empty for more than 30 days. I have been living in a building that has been managed by OCPM for the past three years now. They are prompt to respond to my maintenance requests, and always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well manage rental in Huntington Beach.
I approached Orange County Property Management and they told me that my property was in a highly desirable area and would be able to get me an acceptable rent. after two weeks and several showings, they secured me a tenant and I was able to move back east. While living in the east coast they have handled the rent collection and all maintenance issues in an efficient and professional manner.
