My brother just signed a lease with Orange County Property Management. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Veronica went out of her way to make my brother’s experience a pleasant one. I am currently working with OCPM. Additionally, I worked with them two years ago. Mikey has been an angel in supporting me in finding a property and ensuring that the lease was accurate. In both moves she has been invaluable. These were quick, stressful moves and Mikey was very helpful in making the transition smooth in a short time frame.

Maria and Javier are our property managers at OC Management. I am a manager myself, so I know a good one when I see one. They are on top of everything needed to make our life pleasant at our new home. I have never been treated as well in any other rental, as I have with OC Management. I highly recommend leasing a home or having your home managed by OC Management.

We just rented a property managed by Orange County Property Management and they were all wery friendly. We were helped by Maria, Anne, and Isreal and they were all very helpful and made it super easy for us to move in. We went from the application process, to signing the lease and moving in all in the three days! Only thing I would suggest different is that they raise the temperature up in their conference room, it was cold when signing the paper work.

Each person over the age of 18 needs to pay the $55 application fee, and submit their own application, for my family that's a total of $220. This is just to apply? Unfair to households with more adults to kids ratio.
Left Ana I voicemail saying we would be out of town. Called her while on vacation to make sure she got the voicemail. She told me yes and we should expect a call from her when we got back from vacation. ONCE WE GOT BACK FROM VACATION we got a call from her saying she needed letters from our employers ( not needed in the original application) so that took an extra day or two to obtain, the next day she said she was waiting for the property owner to get back to her ( understandable but that took 4-5 days), then she called tell... read more
