My experience with OCPM was generally very good, and they are honestly a rare landlord in terms of quality. Rented for 15 months, and whenever I interacted with the office it was professional and courteous. Had one inspection during my time there, and it was unobtrusive and well handled. If you pay your rent on time and can handle the small stuff yourself, I would encourage you to look at this management company. They were fair on the security deposit return as well, which given my past landlords, was a pleasant surprise.
Tatiana was amazing!! I called about 20 times within a week because I really wanted a certain property and the staff was so nice and patient with me. Tatiana was the one that got it all done!! I met with her right away to sign the contact and she made it so easy and made me feel comfortable. I was lucky to have Tatiana during this process!
The rental process is all I can speak for at this point. Everything was done very professionally. Appointment for viewing was prompt. Once we applied, our application was reviewed super quickly and approved equally as quick. Tatiana also took care of me and was accommodating in our meetings.
Excellent experience so far. Amanda has been extremely helpful and patient throughout the application process. There were a couple hiccups in getting everything for the application together but Amanda made it easy and guided us through the process and made sure we were well taken care.
I recently moved out my rental unit. Marlen explained everything that was involved with me moving out of the unit. Everything in the apartment was in excellent condition so I got back most of my deposit. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided.
