I informed you last week to allow me to reschedule because I would not be available because my mom was in hospital. When I asked your representative if I could reschedule, he told me that he did not have June’s schedule and I should call back. So you came anyway last Saturday and today. When you have an active account with a business and they charge you for specific services and they only do half the job, there's a major problem. I pay for internal and external, every time Roosevelt arrives, he don't call to let me know he arrived, or to ask has anything changed from the last visit, he doesn't ring the bell to service the inside and only spray externally.. I genuinely can go to Menards and get spray of I only wanted the outside of my house sprayed. I would like to have the service done I pay for.
Tech is nice and does his job well. Office struggles. I requested the reports several times, never received. I requested an inspector to come and give an assessment, 2 came, no assessment. They strike me as wanting to prolong visits as long as they can. Pest problem ongoing for more than 18 months
My experience with Orkin has been horrible. I have Carpenter Ants which are very hard to kill apparently. They've come out once and didn't find the nest. I've complained and noone has contacted me to do more it's simply waiting for another month to pass before they spray the spray that doesn't seem to be working. Every 2 months is simply not enough for an aggressive ant species.
