I have no idea what service or any was done at my home. I have asked to be notified if anyone comes to my home for service. Not happy.
You should tell your employees to put something on there shoe’s before entering a residence.

District Office and Customer Service rep ignored my request to cancel service and sent tech anyway, after I informed them I was in hospital.
The mice are still getting in. I will be back home tomorrow so check with me Monday.
