My experience with Orkin has been horrible. I have Carpenter Ants which are very hard to kill apparently. They've come out once and didn't find the nest. I've complained and noone has contacted me to do more it's simply waiting for another month to pass before they spray the spray that doesn't seem to be working. Every 2 months is simply not enough for an aggressive ant species. I have no idea what service or any was done at my home. I have asked to be notified if anyone comes to my home for service. Not happy.
You should tell your employees to put something on there shoe’s before entering a residence.

District Office and Customer Service rep ignored my request to cancel service and sent tech anyway, after I informed them I was in hospital.
The mice are still getting in. I will be back home tomorrow so check with me Monday.
