District Office and Customer Service rep ignored my request to cancel service and sent tech anyway, after I informed them I was in hospital.
The mice are still getting in. I will be back home tomorrow so check with me Monday.

I am out of town, Orkin didn't deal with me. There was no service. I will be returning soon and will contact Orkin. What is going on?

Update I just called the crestwood call center again at 4:27 and the representative had the nerve to tell me she has been instructed to reschedule because they don't know where the inspector is. I told her no thank you because I have been going back and forth with their company for about a month and still no one has come to my home. Definitely horrible service and I will not be doing business with them!
