I was almost scammed $16,000+.I feel I wasted my money. We had mice in our garage. I did what I could as a homeowner and still kept hearing and seeing activity. So, I reached out to ******I was charged $200 for someone to come put some mouse traps in the garage and spray something along the exterior of my house. They are supposed to be checked at least once a year, and the baits should be replaced as needed. I complained repeatedly for years that the bait stations hadn't been inspected for years. They told us we would only need to be out of the house for four hours while they treated and that it would then be safe for or newborn and cats. They said as soon as it was dry, we would be fine. Totally ripped me off ! My initial visit ( for mice ) cost me $295, and all he did was set a few traps and put out poison pellets, which I had already been doing. As a senior on Social Security, this is unacceptable! I don't mind paying for a service that accomplishes something, but my mice are still thriving and it seems all they want to do is come out monthly with no real plan of attack.
Not fixing our bat problem (***************, *******). Hired them summer 2023 and paid over $2000 to get rid of bats in our attic. Wish we would have hired elsewhere because they are not doing enough to fix the issue.
***** said I needed treated insulation and close up entry points to deterr animals and rodents from entering my attic...they charged me over 6 thousand dollars to do this service ...I've been complaining for over 1 year that I still hear something in the attic...they ignored me for over a year then finally sent a guy out who inspected and said only half of my attic was treated.. why would I pay that much money for half and still animals and rodents still have entry in my attic...they lied to me and I wouldn't have agreed to ... read more
Yes, I am very dissatisfied with the price and customer service. I ended up overpaying and it was not understood as to why I was paying more. I ask to cancel my service but no cancellation took place because someone from ***** called and said he was headed to my house to do service. Of course, I asked him about the cancellation and was told to speak with a manager. I called a few days later to ask for a manager and didnt get one.
