They went there with a few traps and based on my contract they're supposed to go there monthly to check. Every month someone goes (if they do) and walk a round the building and leave. Haha I don't know why I didn't read these reviews before hiring them. This company is awful. After transferring me 4 times with each person asking me why I was calling over again, I finally got an appointment. The guy was 25 min past the 2 hour window they gave me and he barely did anything. I asked if he was going to even go upstairs and he said he would do it when he came back. Late. Lazy. Never using these people again. They also try to sell you on a monthly service but it's completely unnecessary. Stay away from these gu... read more

I learned later that I was signing up for a $230 set up fee and $59 a month after that. They also never gave me paperwork at the time of setup because they said their systems were down. Never got an email copy either. When I received the bill I called and asked what the additional monthly fee was. Why would I pay such a huge amount for a setup ... read more

I requested service as I was having a fly situation in my apartment. They came through once and the flies were still an issue. They came in a second time and the flies were still an issue. As a result, I asked for a refund, which they issued immediately. What then followed were emails, letters in the mail and phone calls about an unpaid balance for the exact amount I was refunded. Not happy with services. Timeframes given are ridiculous (8a-12p). AND NO ONE SHOWS, forced to wait another day! Jobs are done half fast on top of that.
