This company is as good as its technicians. Just hope that you don't get the irresponsible ones because everything is well until you need to speak to their costumer service. They have the worst costumer service ever. This problem has been going on for 6 months. My mother-in-law had multiple services with them for over a year and she was happy with the old technician, but he quit and we were assigned this new guy. I have used Orkin for many years and this past experience has prompted my review, which I wish I didn't have to do. We have had several issues dealing with this company, first was kitchen moths, and tho the agent working our home was diligent, the moths kept getting worse and ended up in my closet where they ate the better part of my wardrobe including 3 fur coats. Before that they suggested we have them redo the insulation in our attic. They were supposed to clear out the old pink insulation and install newer more effici... read more

Terrible customer service. I've hired them for a rat infestation issue at a four plex. They went there with a few traps and based on my contract they're supposed to go there monthly to check. Every month someone goes (if they do) and walk a round the building and leave. They were never able to go inside any units. And the problem continues about a year later. Haha I don't know why I didn't read these reviews before hiring them. This company is awful. After transferring me 4 times with each person asking me why I was calling over again, I finally got an appointment. The guy was 25 min past the 2 hour window they gave me and he barely did anything. I asked if he was going to even go upstairs and he said he would do it when he came back. Late. Lazy. Never using these people again. They also try to sell you on a monthly service but it's completely unnecessary. Stay away from these gu... read more

Haha I don't know why I didn't read these reviews before hiring them. This company is awful. After transferring me 4 times with each person asking me why I was calling over again, I finally got an appointment. The guy was 25 min past the 2 hour window they gave me and he barely did anything. I made the mistake of calling Orkin twice to help my family home with pests and clover mites. During a busy day the tech came by and signed me up for "six months of service for $300." I learned later that I was signing up for a $230 set up fee and $59 a month after that. They also never gave me paperwork at the time of setup because they said their systems were down. Never got an email copy either. When I received the bill I called and asked what the additional monthly fee was. Why would I pay such a huge amount for a setup ... read more
