Technicians are AMAZINGLY understanding and professional (Cisro, John, Nick). It's unfortunate that the access/service center that schedules service DOES NOT reflect the quality of the technician's employed. I have scheduled 4 appointments within the past 3 weeks only to be informed, after waiting for someone to show, NOTHING had been placed on the scheduled. Ridiculous! We found a couple of termites after the recent heatwave (8/20) so we called Orkin for an inspection. We chose them because we have them on a schedule to come by periodically to spray for ants. The Orkin guy did an inspection and showed us photos of termites in our attic and basement. He's very professional. We sign a contract right there for tenting and fumigation and pick a Monday about three weeks out. We'll have to be out of the house Monday - Wednesday. My wife and I have two teenagers, so this is going to be a hug... read more

Orkin use to be a really good service. Unfortunately the second time around it sucked. The technician shows when they want and do a half ass job. I rarely post bad things about businesses but the service was so bad I would like to warn the next customer before they waste their time and money. I called to complain and I am still waiting for the business manager to return my call.

Rep on the phone was great when I first contacted I was excited that I was going to get rid of my pest problem and scheduled the service for Saturday. On Friday, I decided to check Yelp and saw all the negative reviews. I called the company to address my concerns since I saw the most common issue is that they don't show up and still charge you and how the service did not help. The rep stated that I can cancel anytime that I am not under contact and if I am not satisfied that they will cancel service. The rep stated that the... read more

Man, why didn't I look on Yelp before going with Orkin?!? These guys are a joke. Their overall 2 star rating is seriously generous. I called a month ago to help with rats. The technician came out, set up bait stations and promised to be back weekly and/or biweekly to remove dead rats and check on everything. They NEVER came back.
