They sre quick to respond, if you're showing interest in buying. BUT, they hwve ZERO in selling or negotiating with no response back. Their quotes are so bloated with fees and rips offs. Would consider other dealerships in the area.

Issue was never resolved! When I went in and told them my concerns and paid $1900 to fix the issue. I only ended up coming back 2 months later to find out my initial issue was never resolved and now I need a new engine that can cost approximately $12K. I would never get my car serviced here again nor recommend anyone to purchase a VW in general. Total waste of money!
I would not rate them with 1 because at least they told me smiling. But I payed a $178 tow truck to fix my car in a VW dealer. Drop my car, and they didnt found nothing. They charged me $156 for nothing. Got to the car and the same exact problem started to happen again. In their dealer, after they tested the car for 12 miles. Had to Uber back to my house and Uber Back the next day. It was a $350 sensor, that didnt gave them an error the first time. And they didnt even wash my car.
After speaking with Emma, she never followed through. She spoke very fast, asked her to slow down and she didnt hear a word I said. She didnt listen and never sent me an email to give me the information I needed on the vehicle. I sent an email to the general manager, who had sent me an email, asking how the service was and he never responded either. I received a phone call from someone telling me they had more vehicles. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up with WAY over inflated tires (41 psi and the recommended is 36 to max is 38 psi) which created a side wall tire bulge forcing us to get a NEW tire. Completely inept service advisor and no one would take responsibility for their error - either human or equipment. Plus, did not clean the interior well after the service. Not at all impressed with the sub par experience. Go elsewhere.
The Van was not detailed as reported. Sliding doors have sand and dirt all inside the tracking.
They fixed my windshield wipers, but I just noticed that my doors will not lock. The locking mechanism was working when I brought it in, but now it does nothing. The unlocking button works on both the key fob and inside the car, but it will not lock. $1,650.00 later, yet another problem with this car.
