Couldnt fix electric problems or acknowledge there was a problem.
Recommend another shop or local mechanic who can help you. Visit them multiple times before getting to the root problem. Had to use another advisor from the one I was first appointed. He ignored my feedback and concerns. I ultimately had to pay for additional services that stemmed from the root problem. Terrible experience!!
This dealership should send their service department manager back to training. He was rude, condescending and has zero empathy skills. I spent $700+ for my 41K service, which no one advised me I was coming in for that service. I thought I was coming in for an oil change, only to arrive to learn I needed this service with a 3 hour wait (not expected) and the service fee was a shock. Asked for a warranty repair and immediately denied it saying outside influence. They just dont want to do the work. Also charged me extra for a fuel treatment when I just needed an oil change.
Long wait for an oil change. Wanted me to prepay for tires that wasnt in stock
Customer service isn't the main focus.
Definitely not the place youll like to take your vehicle for service. Bad service poor customer service. A complete rip off. Glad I ended taking my vehicle to another Shop for service!
I was definetly price gouged at this dealership. My regular yearly oil change turned into a Deluxe fuel additive oil change. I was not told the price of the service because the price of an oil change was listed. The service manager tricks you into signing a document without reading it because it states that it gives them permission to work on the vehicle not how much it is going to cost. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The A/C issue continues. Will be bringing the car back.
