POOR SERVICE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had multiple salesmen call me (7) times and multiple emails the day before and day of my scheduled appointment to see the car only to find out after they let me drive (35) minutes that they sold it the night before. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Customer service sucks My review is about the service department. I guy named Rob if I'm not wrong he has the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. I hope you guys can pay attention on the staff that talk to people because Rob doesn't have any customer service skill. For this big reason I'm moving out for another car dealer that has respect and love for the job.
Ernesto Cisneros I asked for a specific service expecting a specific price. The agent was going up in price as he was adding services. He was not sure of the prices and kept giving me estimates. I hate for someone to try to handle me. This is very unprofessional, unethical and a very poor and cheap business practice.
David Maus Volkswagen Sucks... They are nice in the beginning. but they are definitely overbearing. Go to another Volkswagen dealer. this is not a good place to make a deal/ investment.
Horrible people, David Maus was disappointing. HORIBBLE SERVICE! Their whole motto is customer satisfaction and it should be SCAM SCAM SCAM. I recently leased a car by them convincing me that their first time buyer program would be perfect for me. Two weeks later I get a call from the RUDE finance department telling me I need another signer or they are coming to get my car that day! Let alone the fact I had already sold my old car I was astonished. I don't understand how a company like this could try and pull this scam off. ... read more
