Buy a car They sold me 3 insurance included in the price of the car, I lost about 5 thousand dollars. I don't advise negotiating with them.Worst deal of my life
Another dealer with non-sense add ons Another dealership with uses car add on options that are not optional. $1600 of non-sense. So the deal looks ok but ends up being not so great. On the other hand the salesman was very courtesy and helpful...not his fault the dealer has these fees.
Horrible Service Horrible experience, the manager Bobby was a very rude man from the beginning and never wanted to be straight forward with what I would be receiving. If you can go to another dealership!!
Stay away! Terrible experience…don’t waste your time. They’ll lowball you(they offered me 33k when the blue book on my truck is 40k). Just take it somewhere else. They don’t care about the customer, just squeezing as much money out of you as possible.

Orlando VW South Poor service from start to finish, kept us waiting an uninformed for 2 hours even though we had an appointment. Didn’t put any gasoline in the brand new car they sold us. No demonstration of car features.
Beware!! Do NOT go to this dealership, worse service ever. If you bring your car here they will give it back to you in worse condition then you brought it in, and then they will make you feel like you’re crazy like your car was already broken to begin with. They do not know how to fix cars properly, and also the manager rob was very rude. They do not care about customer service at all, and they are all liars. No satisfaction guarantee They need to step up their game. As a customer, I would expect the dealership to service my car as per the appointment made and give me an idea of the other problems so that I can get a quote for the future repairs and plan accordingly. They just changed the fluids as per the appointment and did not even take a minute to discuss the needs of the car. There was need for brake replacement and tire replacement. I wouldn't recommend this dealership The worst buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ) , I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from Tampa! I did a test drive, I signed the customer approval page (management approval was done also, I have a copy of it) I paid $5,000 using my credit card at 17.43pm.
