I went to purchase a 2024 Atlas Sport and the sales I went to purchase a 2024 Atlas Sport and the sales representative Oscar was amazing however, the manager, Kyle Nunez, was absolutely unprofessional and just rude. I was at the point of purchasing the vehicle until his unprofessional demeanor and actions made me get up and walk out the dealership. Stay away from this dealership. Stay away from this dealership! I communicated by text message to find out if they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase and spoke to Freddie Redondo. At first it seemed like they were giving me a very fair price until I looked at the fine print on the estimate and they slipped in these bogus add ons for optional dealer accessories and optional service contract to the tune of $1700.
