Add-on Option Scam and Terrible Service. Add-ons are ridiculous and print out an "Optional" warranty thats $1600.00 that is mandatory. During the sales process and with other customers in Lobby the Sales manager yelled a profanity in response to our counter that not only embarrassed my family but also the salesman who was nice throughout process. Scam dealership. If I could give no stars I would Where to start. First their no haggle price is complete bull. Drove to dealership an hour out of my way with intention of purchasing vehicle based on online price, but after test driving and “running numbers” was told that the cost would be thousands more because of dealership add ons. Ding and wheel protection that wouldn’t cover the damage already done to the vehicle. Key protection on a Tesla that uses your phone as the key…and tint when I can get it done cheaper myself. Customer Discrimination I’ve never felt so disrespected and so stereotyped in my life. We went into Volkswagen South as a return customer, looking to purchase a new car. The general manager, Phillip Dallas, told us (with a straight face) we couldn’t test drive the car until they “ran the numbers” and “we agreed to purchase” the car!!! Who does this? Stay away for service Made this appointment knowing I needed a new transmission torque converter and we were going to be in Orlando for several days. Mike, the service person who checked me in, was very short in his responses and it was pretty evident from his attitude that he was simply "going thru the motions" and has little friendly customer service skills. Not honoring a VW coupon & bad customer service June 21, 2022 I went to VW South on S Orange Blossom Trail to get an oil change, rotation and a balance. I had two coupons in which I was told I can only use one per the service advisor, David and he asked me which one do I want to use. Of course, I told him I wanted to use the higher coupon for my synthetic oil change for $69. Buyer beware 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. And the ceiling fell in on a car that’s two years old. No attempt to make it right by offering oil change free or any other accommodations. Just a hands up and sorry, come back for another full day for service. Buyer beware.

Terrible Customer Service "It's all about the customer experience!" Except when you buy a brand new car, pay for upgraded warranties, and then they tell you that a tire that’s blown out it’s not covered and you have to pay for it. Ignored for an hour waiting for sales manager. I watched while told the customer service rep to I needed wait until he was done with the sales meeting- about how to CONTROL the customers. Would not recommend for service! Mike from service is rude and unprofessional. Have been scheduled with him 2x now for the same problem with my vehicle and and both times he has been unprofessional and because no notes are taken the issue has not been recommended. Would never recommend VW for any service needs.

I had a bad experience I bought the car, paid for it, took out insurance and decided to pick up the car the next day, to my surprise when I went to pick up the car it had been sold to someone else.
