Darren is great! I had to take my newly purchased used VW Beetle in for repairs. I came to them to get some things repaired that were still covered under warranty. I had gone to another dealership earlier in the day who treated me bad cause I didn't buy the car there, i showed up in the afternoon they got my car looked at and fixed quickly with great service even though I didn't buy my car there. Exceptional service!!! I had an issue with my 2006 GTI and found out trough VW that the warranty has been extended on those parts up to 10 years or 120k miles. I did my research through the different VW forums and I found some horror stories about other GTI owners having a hard time with the dealers and getting the problem corrected so, if it's safe to say that I was a little apprehensive about calling and making an appointment to get my car looked at. Go there if you want a VW in Orlando Very personable and knowledgeable staff. We knew the car we wanted and knew what we wanted to pay. Gigi had the car in stock and met our price. Quick and painless delivery, finance lady quickest through the paperwork I've ever seen, and Drew provided a thorough bumper to bumper review of the car on delivery. Lots of follow up after the sale, including personal call from the general mgr. I will definitely call them first if I ever need another VW.
Breath of fresh Air! I recently purchased a Golf GTI at David Maus VW. I can't tell you how happy I was with my experience working with Gigi and Steven. The two of them are truly exceptional. I have purchased half a dozen or so vehicles in the past and it is typically a dreaded experience. Gigi and Steven were really a breath of fresh air and I appreciated how I felt they were helping me as opposed to the all to frequent ?bullying sales tactics? that I have experienced in the past.
