even though i am on the do not call they keep texting me wanting to buy my home. No reputable realtor tries to contact by sending unwanted texts. I notice no name , just osborne homes.
Just got a phishing text from one of their representatives. What kind of cold calling real estate people are these people and this company? Beware if you are contact by then!
Keeps sending us junk mail. Tons of it. Have repeatedly asked to be removed. They keep saying 'oh yeah you're removed" and then a month later more comes. And it keeps coming. I don't get these companies. If people don't want their junk mail why waste the paper? It takes five seconds to take a name off your list and save yourself a bad yelp review. But they're lazy, rude liars.
We purchased our first home in November 2016 from Osborne homes. We were completely in love. Less than a month later we were dealing with multiple roof leaks throughout the house, a ceiling that split open and termites. All within ONE month. THE FIRST MONTH. We paid thousands of dollars to take care of the termites and contacted Osborne regarding the leaks. They speedily came and fixed the leak issues and guaranteed we would not have any further issues. Bait and switch company. They give you a quote and wait until the last day of escrow to tell you they can't pay you what they agreed to. Even after telling you to stop doing any more cleaning or making your mortgage payments causing you to pay charges and fucking up your credit rating. Stay away from this scumbags. Especially James Revies. They are nothing but liars and typical make commission sales pigs.
Please do not purchase houses flipped by this company. Worst sale ever. We moved in our home in April of this year and had a major plumbing problem that was caused by one of their workers. Somehow passed inspection and within two days of moving in we had to pay over $2000 in repairs. Our air conditioning went out and we received a certificate of service from the Osborne company stating that it had been serviced and is fine and our repair guy just told us that who ever did that job up on roof did a very poor job. These people are sketch. Not only did they leave a door unlocked so that squatters could enter my home but they have terrible customer service and they lie on their disclosures. I bought my very first home in order to take care of my father and the whole experience has been a complete shit show. First they deny about half of my repair requests. Strike one. We understand that buying a house can be frustrating, however you completed all due diligence with a third party home inspector. None of the work we did was found to be substandard by the home inspector. None of the wiring or HVAC you experienced issues with us was installed by or changed by us, it was original to the house. They keep sending me junk mail. There is no company name on their junk mail. You call and get some lady who has better things to do than deal with people on the phone. I'm not sure why she's answering the phone if she's so put off by doing it. I told them I do not want their cards send to my house anymore. They're addressing it to my husband with our address. I worked for this company. I am still waiting for them to pay me what they owe me even after the court decision. It is the biggest collection of scammers and grifters that you will ever find in one place. Stay away from them.
