I got this house in an auction but I wanted to sell so I sold with osborne. I have sold with opendoor before and it was bad. I loved the experience, hands on support and they tailored to my every need. If i need more homes to be sole i am choosing osborne!

I just completed the closing on my home! Thank you Osborne for making my dream come true! I really don't get what the junk mail claims are. I was refered by my friend Casey and he just sold with them. these are better than the ones on TV. They gave me a really competitive offer. I am really impressed and if I knew I would get $9200 more than opendoor. AMAZING!

5 stars! Had a great experience! I was facing foreclosure on my home and just thought it was all over. I thought I would lose my house for sure and leave empty handed. Foreclosure is very confusing and laws regarding it doesn't make it any easier. I didn't have time and funds to tackle this. If you have a home, you are looking to sell I highly recommend Osborne homes. Many companies promise you a " No obligation offer ". Osborne offered me cash for my home in respected my decision when I told them I would need to think about it. Selling a house isn't an easy process in can be confusing with all the fees that are associated. I would sell to Osborne again. My brother and I inherited a home in Fresno, California from a family member. As much as we would love to move to California , it just simply didn't make sense since our family business was based out of Massachusetts. We also didn't want to have to go through the headache of having tenants, so we decided to sell it. Osborne Homes just simply beat all the other offers in less than half the time other companies told us it would take. Would deal with them again.

I have worked for them for over a year now, and they have been fair, considerate and have not caused any problem for me. Any requests I have made for getting copies of documents or fixing any payroll issues have been tended to in timely manner.

Osborne did a great job flipping the house I bought overall. Their sense of style is excellent, and they made really good decisions on where to put outlets, etc. The quality on a few things was not perfect, however. They put paint on the concrete around the house in a way that wasn't treated right, because the paint started flaking off within days. That will have to be stripped off and redone. My biggest frustration though was that they didn't put the appliances in until the very last day of escrow, and they wouldn't tell me... read more
