This appears to be a untrustworthy company. They run a fishy 'sell your house quick' ad that discloses openly too much information, disregarding California citizen's privacy. Seems predatory for personal gain. Also they have not responded to email requesting they remove my info based on California privacy act. Check reviews and use a reputable company instead if you want to sell your home. Seems there are many reviews with similar complaint.
I cannot express how unhappy I am with this whole experience they took far too long to give me the bad news almost leaving me with no options and tried to give me an offer that would cause me to obtain a loan to pay off debts that would still need to be paid and all they could say was sorry. If they were actually sorry, they would offer the 1,000 dollars for backing out as the offer provided no one in their right mind would take. Make unsolicited and harassing calls. They call throughout the day and even throughout the night. Scammers! Stay away!
Osborne Purchase my home from me in August 2022 , with the agreement I had 30 days to vacate to home. 2 days after it was sold the A/C unit when out on a 105 degree Day in Fresno, I had a Licensed A/C com repair it that day. I requested we split the cost of the repair, They refused to pay any of the cost because they said I did it on my own accord . Very dissapointed with this. Would not recommend them.
I expected alot more of this company and I am left disappointed for so may reasons. I would not recommend using this company unless you are very desperate and can careless who is on the other side of the phone.
Osborne Homes keeps sending me JUNK MAIL asking if I want to sell my home. There has NOT been a FOR SALE sign in my yard since I purchased it in 2010. Stop sending me JUNK MAIL! I do NOT want to sell my home!!!

This scammer gave me the worst experience. Totally trying to take advantage of every opportunity and willing to screw you over for a quick buck. Caught in a few lies and backtracking on statements made. Horrible business. Horrible owners.
Osborne homes wanted to buy my house..We agreed on an amount which was below market but I was ok with it since it needs repairs. Then they backed out unless I'd accept 25k less.. hello the deal we both agreed on was about half the homes value... they seem to want to lock the seller into having to sell while giving themselves the ability to back out at anytime..almost seems like they want seller to open another escrow so they can low ball them even more kind of like a trap..beware of these people they're not honest..
1 star is way too many for this outfit. Frequent scam phone calls and texts from bogus phone number. This is a shady outfit and not to be trusted!
