Had a very good meal with solid, efficient service for a party of 15. Food could have been spicier or my taste, but was otherwise good. Provided an enjoyable evening.
It was a fabulous meal and the service was excellent and great variety . The pasta was exceptional and the Pistachio Gelato makes me want to have it again today. Highly recommend this restaurant and all 5 of us come from different cities and are well traveled and all 5 thought it was terrific.

Excellent , authentic Italian food with helpful and very decorative Italian waiters The only criticism I would make is that there is a very high noise level , so don't expect to have intimate conversations
What a great dinner! Everything seemed to be freshly made and tasty - very comparable to true Italian cuisine. One in our party had swallow issues from cancer as well as a vegan, and they were able to purée roasted vegetables and accommodate with sincere pleasure. Highly recommended!
My wife and I had two of that evening's dinner specials. One was a generous piece of sea bass with a wonderful richly-flavored lobster sauce over asparagus risotto. The other was a large lamb shank with a mushroom sauce and truffle slices served over a fabulous porcini risotto. Both dishes were excellent, and the service was professional, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant in the Gaslamp district. Another plus is the available valet parking for the reduced price of $10.
