One of the best Italian food we have ever had. Highly recommend if you're in San Diego.
We've been dining at Pane Vino for 24 years since they opened in downtown. Always wonderful!

As I mentioned in my previous review I returned to my favorite restaurant in the Gaslamp District and I am glad I did. When I arrived Annalisa their GM came out to greet me and my guest as usual. We had a nice table for two outside overlooking the passer-by's as usual. It was a beautiful evening for dinning outside. We started with a bottle of Peligrino for $6 and my margarita for $9. Our serve Giuseppe recommended the Spaghetti Mediterranean and I was very pleased with the selection. The serving was very generous with half a Maine lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari. Well-seasoned but not too spicy sauce. My wife had the spinach ravioli with spinach pesto sauce which was also very delicious.
Good food,service and ambiamce. Going downtown, this is the place to eat.
