One on many Italian restaurants in the Gas Lamp District. Overall good food for a busy Saturday night. Restaurant was understaffed so getting bread, utensils..took some time. Food was good with homemade seafood pasta and a smallish order of steamed clams and mussels. Worth a visit and sitting outside is a bonus in the San Diego summer.
Joya is the Best server. We look forward to seeing her again when we come back to San Diego. The food is ALWAYS fantastic and they have a great wine selection!! Worth every penny!
Nice experience as always before the theatre. Great food and service!
The service was outstanding however the food was not good. We ordered two dishes and they both lacked flavor.
Fantastic food and service! My husband loved his free birthday desert! We’ll be back.
I’ve eaten here several times while Visiting San Diego and this time was as good as always! I sat outside. Service was excellent. Actual Italian people work here, which gives you a great feel of authenticity. I requested a half portion of ravioli (spinach ricotta) with pesto to start. It was delicious. Then had Pollo siciliano also excellent. Wa Crusty bread to go with all. I’ll come back when I’m in town agaian!
A good Italian eatery. It’s not the greatest Italian dinner I ever had, but far from the worst either. Pricing was comparable to other Italian places. Decent wine list. It is a small restaurant, and it was very hot in the establishment as well. Still, a nice restaurant.
This place was unbelievable! The food and the service was outstanding. The romantic city ambience was perfect and I loved the outside seating. I also loved the authenticity of the food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego!!
Great service and value in gas lamp district. Food was good
