Was great at the first apt with my kid. Second apt there was no/ next to no communication between him and staff. When there was he was rude and short. A staff member had tears streaming down her face, through her make up. Not a professional or kind to his staff
Dr.cha baan is my kids dentist. He is stern and informed my son with action as he was doing the treatments. However, he did not leave the numbing gel on long enough before he gave the needle to freeze. His assistant said that the gel barely works so it didn't really matter. The dynamics between the two is unprofessional. She appeared to be crying, as I seen tear lines down her face through her makeup. He's rude to his staff and condescending . Unprofessional, rude and very rough. Was complaining to his assistant the whole time he did my root canal about other patients. Another patient had brought in a lawyer to sue him just the day before... I don't blame them. He didn't care about me one bit, never told me what he's about to do and he continually put intense pressure on my mouth with no concern for my wellbeing at all. He was even swearing in ARABIC while working on me. He thought I didn't understand. I'm surprised he hasn't been closed down yet.
Doesn't double check with your benefits before doing the work! Then your stuck with big bill
Negative attitude, the staff look terrified to work there. Services seem fishy why is no one looking into him? Will never go back.

Unfortunately, Dr. Chaaban has many faults. When he took over from Dr. MacGregor
he is punctual as he starts charging money per second, and starTs timing wen he makes eye contact with me, and then pops into another room. he comes back at end n say great see u next time. then I get an overbill - he was to worried about how he was looking and gazing at his staff to find time to explain the bill to me - bad expereince.
I found this dentist is rude and unprofessional . Keep speaking his own language (Arabic) with his staff instead of English in front of patient which is very uncomfortable . He does not communicate with patient ,does not take proper history . He focus on money not patient .
