I visited Oxford Dental as I required the removal of my teeth for dentures. Dr. Chaaban suggested a partial plate on the bottom as I still had 2 healthy teeth and that would help in keeping the lower denture in place. The removal of my remaining teeth was good, the dentures on the other hand, not so good. After about 16 months, the lower partial plates wires broke. They are integral too holding it in place. I have been there many times and each time they are worse and worse, they speak in their own language and laugh and point right at the pt., they disrespect their own religion with their actions they talk to pts as if we're retarded and don't release they're giggling. Dr Chaaban needs to learn how to respect his staff and then teach his staff to respect his patients. Garbage Dentist .. All he cares about is billing .. all my work had to be redone by another dentist within 6 months.. all this is false advertising.. Very bad
A dentist is a professional business and Dr Chaaban is very unprofessional. He is rude to his staff and his clients. It is uncomfortable enough going to the dentist he makes it way worse. I will never go back.
Staff is amazing, Dr yousif is very unprofessional, and rude to his female staff, and very cold towards his patients. Also, he is very vague with what is wrong, and why a patient needs exact work done. Horrible Dr. Amazing staff!!!
Vert bad experience with doctor, i go for smal issu, he abuses my insurance for me and for my wife. I sould change dentist. And he don't respect his clients.
Why didn't I look into this guy? My filling is rough and I told the nurse but he just told me it would smooth out on it's own!?! He didn't bother to smooth it at all! Now my tongue has a sore on it from scrapping up against the sharp edge on my tooth.
I just moved here and needed a new dentist to take care of a few fillings I already knew needed to be done. I have had lots of dental work in the past but my experience with Dr. Chabaan was the worst by far. He was quite arrogant towards his staff and really belittled them in front of me which I thought was pretty unprofessional. It was uncomfortable to watch and then he started badmouthing them to ME when we were alone. Very very uncomfortable, I will not be going back.
My experience with Dr. Yousif Chaaban was very awkward, uncomfortable and definitely not what I signed up for. He was not as friendly as he wants to be seen as. He is super rude to his staff and when I even asked one of his assistants if she was ok after the way he spoke to her, she went and told him I was concerned and then he comes back to me in a huff and says he takes care of his staff and she's ok... and then he went to work on my mouth and it was not a comfortable experience.
