Great caring staff and my cats like all of the veterinarians. They recently added Dr. Alice D'Amore to their team and she's a great addition. I highly recommend her!

We've been taking our lab here for about two years. As others have said the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. There's never been any issue getting an appointment, and we're always in and out very quickly. The pricing feels a bit high, but that's everything these days.

I've been very impressed by this office, they are very kind and easy to work with. We just moved to Oregon and although the prices are pretty steep compared to where we lived before, I think that might be the norm for the area. It's very easy to get an appointment here quickly and it's also been great to be able to text the office when we have a question or need to get in contact. Our cats just saw Dr. Klau yesterday and he was probably the most helpful vet we've ever seen, very informative and thorough.

Still hands down the best Veterinary hospitals in Portland. We have been going here for about 20 years!! The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. The Drs are brilliant. They truly love animals and their job. They take their work seriously but also with such love and care for your pet. They are thorough in their explanations and give you lots of options but most importantly do it all with a smile and a genuine empathy for your love one. I would highly recommend Pacific Vet.

PVH has taken wonderful care of all my animals over the years. I'm a nervous pet parent and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frost, who patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. They made sure the same doctor saw my animals each time so they were familiar with their health concerns. Staff is very communicative and it was easy to get records when we moved. A great experience overall.
I have been using Pac Vet Hospital for over 25 years and never had an experience as described in the negative reviews, including treating several animals that had to be out down.. They are consistently good people and knowledgeable. They are always kind and considerate. But here is something to consider. Covid has casued changes including that they are booked up far ahead. I was looking for a 2nd opinion and potentially a new Vet after moving from the east side of Portland to southwest Portland. I have 3 pets all over the age of 8 and I am cautious about changing doctors and going to a different clinic. Dr. Wickander called me in my car and discussed the issues we were currently experiencing and got a history on our dog. The doctors and staff are always very nice. They got us an appointment on the same day that we called. We have been going to PVH for 20 years. We received consistent and good service for our cats and dogs. They have treated our animals for everything from cancer and kidney failure to routine checkups. They are experts.
Pacific is Family. I have never felt more at home at any other veterinarians office. I followed Dr. B from Banfield Over two years ago and since have seen nobody other than Dr. B and Dr. V. They are the best. From the girls up front especially Arlene.
