My loved one was previously a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Northridge for almost a year and the experience was great for her. This place is a great facility. Based on our experience, I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Northridge to others.

We had to make the difficult (and now I see, overdue) decision to move one of our family members into a place where she could be taken care of. Her situation at home was becoming too complex and potentially dangerous. At Pacifica she has flourished. She is not only getting the nutrition and hydration that she's needed, but also something to DO. She had nothing for stimulation at home. She always says everyone is so kind and the food is so good. When it became clear that my elderly mother (who has dementia and other illnesses) needed more care than we could provide at home, we had no idea what to do. It's an overwhelming situation for anyone to cope with. Fortunately, we were recommended to seek out Pacifica Northridge, and I am beyond grateful that we did. I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Northridge. The move in process was a bit confusing, but was quickly resolved. The faculty and staff are excellent. There is plenty of staff to make sure that all are taken care of appropriately, and they are available should any issues arise. All questions and concerns are addressed with the utmost respect and courtesy and promptly. You feel the positive energy when you walk in. The residents are happy and interacting with each other. The staff was friendly also. My aunt has been living at Pacifica Northridge almost 3 years. She and my uncle lived at another community before coming her. What a difference to be in a community where everyone genuinely cares. Thank you for caring.

Everything seems to be going great at this facility overall. I would request a little bit more communication about things going on with my mom. I only get communication when I reach out to them, they don't reach out to me or update me otherwise. As far as the staff, everyone that I've dealt with here is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is done often, but the thoroughness doesn't seem great and could improve (ie: sticky floor). They have laundry service also and that's been really good. The staff and employees at Pacifica Northridge are the best! They treat my mother so great with love and kindness. I appreciate this facility so much and God Bless everyone here!
