Palm beach zoo was awesome! They have a lot of cool exhibits. The tigers were probably my favorite. They have three Malayan tigers, two female and one male. The zookeepers were awesome about answering questions from the crowd about the tigers. They have also an Eagle Owl (largest species of owl in the world), giant anteater, black bears, etc. It was a great time and I would definitely go again.

We absolutely love the Palm Beach Zoo and are proud to be members! Our family visits often with our two young sons, and it's always a highlight of our week. The zoo is the perfect size for little legs to explore without feeling overwhelmed, and there's truly something new to enjoy each time we visit. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the animals. We always appreciate how well-kept and clean the zoo is, and how much effort is put into education and conservation. Our son especially lov... read more

Great Experience - Family-Friendly & Thoughtful! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the shaded parking such a thoughtful detail, especially in the July heat! As soon as we walked up to get our tickets, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't charge me for the kids, which made it possible for me to use the extra money on snacks and push the kids around the park comfortably. The zoo itself is beautiful, clean, and has so many animals to see. Most of the pathways are ... read more

We got the yearly pass as a gift and have well exceeded our visits there. And will be using it at least once a month for the rest of the year. It's so nice early in the morning to see all of the animals lively and walking around. My little loves it there, knows the names of her favorite animals and loves to choose our journey each time we go. Her favorite is SASSY, IYKYK. we love seeing her big paws hanging from the bridge while she naps. On our last visit, we got to see her really lively which really made our day. The fo... read more

We had a great day at the Palm Beach Zoo! The lush, shaded paths made for a comfortable walk even in the Florida heat, and the exhibits were thoughtfully designed to mimic natural habitats. Our kids especially loved the splash pad area, it was a perfect way for them to cool off and burn some energy. The only downside was the admission cost, it adds up quickly for families like ours. While the zoo offers a lot of value and we would love to return, the price point is a major draw back. The annual passes are more manageable, b... read more

Business response:

Hey Jeremiah, We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us! As non-profit organization we rely on the generosity of the guests who come through out front gate each day. Like you, we've also seen our grocery bill sky rocket and materials for making improvements around the zoo aren't getting and cheaper either. If we could let you in for free, we would!

The Palm Beach zoo is one of my favorite places to visit in south Florida! Located in West Palm Beach this zoo has been around for decades and it always continues to grow and get better! It offers day passes and seasonal passes, of which I opted for a day pass which was $39. Not bad for a day at the zoo and knowing it goes towards the maintenance of all the exhibits and wildlife. Every enclosure was kept in fantastic condition! I believe they have been putting in a ton of money expanding each animals exhibit so ... read more

slightly confusing lay out ! but lots of adorable animals and nice exhibits. i liked the monkey area a lot, it was very cool being able to watch them from different angles around the island they're on. i loved all the big cats - most were napping in the warm sun, but it's always fun to spot the animals "hiding" in their habitats and seeing how their coats really do camouflage them. i had a pretzel which was delicious ! i was super happy they had the penny squishing machine - most zoos / aquariums have started getting ... read more
