Beautiful place with great view and perfect location! This condo was the perfect place for my family of 5 on our recent trip to HHI. It appears newly renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen was great and we had many meals there. The ocean view from the balcony made it a better place to be than most restaurants! The owners were so friendly and helpful! Hope to return in the future!

Hidden paradise in Palmetto Dunes We stayed at 1 Up Wind 6/3-6/10/17. Bill and Susan have done an amazing job at thinking of every last detail in their home so that our stay was effortless. The home is beautiful, immaculate and their location within Palmetto Dunes was great. We were able to walk to the beach and even took the car and had lunch at their suggestion at The Dunes Beach House! Whenever there was a need for a question they got back to us immediately. Great family vacation home We stayed at 1 Upwind earlier this month. We found all of the good reviews to be true. The house is well appointed with pretty much anything you could need. This was my first VRBO experience and it set the bar high. We would definitely return to this home when traveling to Hilton Head. Our group was two families with children, four adults and four children. We had originally had another couple wanting to rent the extra 5th bedroom with pool table but they backed out. Great house Loves our stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for my husband, myself and my 3 year old. We used baby's away for the crib and they set it all up before we even got there. Love the pool in Inverness village and the ocean access within palmetto dunes.
Spacious, well-maintained condo with a great view I would definitely recommend this condo. It is very well-maintained and the kitchen is well equipped (which was really important to us since we have a toddler and preferred to eat in most of the time). The view is amazing and the location is perfect - just steps from the pool and beach. Check-in/out was extremely easy - you received the code to the unit beforehand so you do not even need to worry about stopping somewhere to pick up keys.

Everything was wonderful! Our original accommodations on HHI fell through which turned out to be great because 53 Fazio was wonderful! The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed and convenient to everything!! Would definitely return!

Great week in Hilton Head Island We thoroughly enjoyed the unit and Palmetto Dunes area. Nice week, but now back to reality too soon!
Best location in palmetto. Great location. Clean, spacious & close to golf, pool & beaches. On 28th hole next to club house. Third time there. Great bargain. All you need is your swim suits and golf clubs.
