This is the perfect house for the family to get together...... We have rented many properties in Hilton Head; 1 Up Wind is by far the best option for our family. The home is meticulously cared for and well equipped with all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. The home's floorplan makes it easy for everyone to be together, and the pool / hot tub with surrounding deck and patio are perfect for relaxing outside. Dated and worn - just a few steps to pool and beach This unit is dated, the wallpaper is from the 80's. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are hard, cheap mattresses. The carpet is nasty with lots of stains. The 2nd bedroom is cut off from the rest of the unit. The shower head in this bathroom needs to be replaced. The kitchen is not fully stocked. The can opener is rusted and doesn't work. The wine opener in broke. It has 1 dish rag, 1 hand towel, & 1 pot holder. It only has 2 measuring spoons, no cutting board,... read more

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the view from the balcony very much. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is decorated beautifully and looks very updated. The only thing in need of repair is the dryer door, it is almost impossible to close. The poolside bathroom could use some cleaning especially on days that are crowded. We will definitely return and would absolutely rent this condo again!!

Gathering Place Overall very pleased with our stay. The house is showing a little wear but you will not want for anything. Everything is provided. Our family of eleven were very comfortable in this house. It was a perfect gathering place for our 50th anniversary.
We would love to stay longer! This condo was well equipped, updated, had great beach views/access, and clean. The extra twin bed made for additional space welcomed by our growing family. The free tennis was an extra bonus that we enjoyed. Hope to go back next year!
Enjoyable in every way! The condo is very spacious and well-kept. All of the furniture and decor is up to date and fresh, not out dated and worn like other rentals. Our stay was very comfortable for three families.

As Good As The Description The condo is clean and spacious. 4 of us stayed here for a work trip, and were very pleased with the condition of the home. I recommend this place.
