Great house Loves our stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed for my husband, myself and my 3 year old. We used baby's away for the crib and they set it all up before we even got there. Love the pool in Inverness village and the ocean access within palmetto dunes.
Spacious, well-maintained condo with a great view I would definitely recommend this condo. It is very well-maintained and the kitchen is well equipped (which was really important to us since we have a toddler and preferred to eat in most of the time). The view is amazing and the location is perfect - just steps from the pool and beach. Check-in/out was extremely easy - you received the code to the unit beforehand so you do not even need to worry about stopping somewhere to pick up keys.

Everything was wonderful! Our original accommodations on HHI fell through which turned out to be great because 53 Fazio was wonderful! The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed and convenient to everything!! Would definitely return!

Best location in palmetto. Great location. Clean, spacious & close to golf, pool & beaches. On 28th hole next to club house. Third time there. Great bargain. All you need is your swim suits and golf clubs.
Absolutely top drawer. Exquisite. Everything was easy from beginning to end and the home is very comfortable, well-appointed and quiet. Superb in every way.
Enjoyed our stay and we will come back again. Very nice place, it can use a little TLC. It was very clean . I love the space and the layout is nice. I would stay there again.

Plenty of space, very well organized, and very clean! We needed a larger home to accommodate two couple, each with two small children. This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and we'll organized. The pool area gets plenty of soon to hang out pool side, grill some food, and then sit around the fire. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in HHI. The owners are incredibly responsive and will do whatever they can to ensure you have a great stay.
