Nice and quiet Enjoyed the place. Quiet and could fish right out the back. Spacious and convenient. Like being able to go to Shelter Cove, directly across the street.

Beautiful Villa We were thankful to have this spacious and well appointed villa for the last week of December, since the temps were the lowest in 30 years. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and the updates were fabulous. We would love to stay her again.

Plenty of space and every convenience This home is absolutely lovely - everything as described in listing and more. The owner, Bill, was so helpful and gracious. They have thought of everything, from the range of kitchen items to the handy luggage racks in every room. The home is in pristine condition and extremely spacious. We were there for a chilly Christmas week but enjoyed sightseeing in Savannah, shopping, spotting birds and deer, and then biking when it warmed up. The beach is gorgeous and very nearby. Good location and very spacious. Great place for a guys golf trip. Very spacious and good location. Only concern we had was the barbecue was quite dirty had not been cleaned for a while.

Great Place on HHI This is one of the best condo on Hilton Head Island. My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks in October. The location is perfect, the property is clean and the best oceanfront views on Hilton Head Island. The owner cares about his property and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back !

Great place to stay My family and I spent the first week of October in Hilton Head and had a wonderful time. The condo is fantastic and was more than we could have asked for. The owner was very easy to work with and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Hilton Head is my families favorite place to vacation and we will definitely be staying here again.

Beatifully decorated, prime location, good rate We have spent several years in another condo on the island, but this is the best by far. The resort company was great to work with and the condo was amazing. The price was extremely reasonable. We especially loved the keyless entry. In the past we have had to return keys after we got home. Comfy beds in both rooms, beautifully decorated and had everything and more than we needed in the kitchen. Perfect! Our USTA Tennis ladies rented the house for 3 nights. Everything was neat, clean and well equipped. Private backyard w/ a pool, hot tub, & firepit. All worked beautifully. Instructions were posted thruout the home & easily understood. The Queen bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. You did have to walk thru the dining room into the hall for use. All in all, I would highly recommend this home for a rental.

Very nice condo with great views. First class furnishings. Our stay was great. The condo was very well furnished and decorated.
