Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Beach, Smore's, Family.... re-entry to reality was difficult.... Communication with owner, Bill Moser was OVER THE TOP great. Home is just beautiful! Great place!!!!! We loved staying in this condo for a week this August. It was spacious, neat and clean. If you plan on cooking while there, the kitchen has everything needed. The grill on the porch was almost brand new, and we grilled some delicious steaks and chicken breasts with it. We especially enjoyed the large amount of books throughout the entire condo, as well as the board games. The Palmetto Dunes Resort was very beautiful and their customer service was excellent. Captains Walk in Palmetto Dunes My husband and I have stayed at many of the villas along the ocean front in Palmetto Dunes. This was the best experience of all. I would stay again. I offer one suggestion.....the mattress in master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable.

Dream Vacation I don't even know where to start with this review....Bill and Susan have everything in their house that you will need and more. When we first walked in on Saturday, our mouths dropped not only because of how awesome the house looked but even more it was sooooo clean! Captains Walk Your villa is beautiful and all we expected had a wonderful and great vacation there. I offer 2 suggestions not in any way complaints because everything was perfect. It would be convenient to have a light above the kitchen table also non-slip mat or skids in the master bathroom tub/shower. Thanks.
Great Stay Perfect place for a weekend get away with wife and 2 young daughters 5 and 2 years old. Park and pool within stones throw from the front door. Evening walks through the grounds was great and the girls loved looking at the gators and turtles from the back porch. Condo was very clean, and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.
No Place Like Home in Hilton Head! This was our first trip to HHI but definitely not our last! Bill and Susan's home is absolutely amazing. Firstly, the location is ideal. HHI…1st Time, but not the last! Our family of ten (six adults, four children) spent a wonderful week at 1 Upwind. The home was outstanding in every way, and spotless when we arrived. Everything that could possibly be needed for an enjoyable stay is available.
