Great place to stay My family and I spent the first week of October in Hilton Head and had a wonderful time. The condo is fantastic and was more than we could have asked for. The owner was very easy to work with and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Hilton Head is my families favorite place to vacation and we will definitely be staying here again.

Beatifully decorated, prime location, good rate We have spent several years in another condo on the island, but this is the best by far. The resort company was great to work with and the condo was amazing. The price was extremely reasonable. We especially loved the keyless entry. In the past we have had to return keys after we got home. Comfy beds in both rooms, beautifully decorated and had everything and more than we needed in the kitchen. Perfect! Our USTA Tennis ladies rented the house for 3 nights. Everything was neat, clean and well equipped. Private backyard w/ a pool, hot tub, & firepit. All worked beautifully. Instructions were posted thruout the home & easily understood. The Queen bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. You did have to walk thru the dining room into the hall for use. All in all, I would highly recommend this home for a rental.

We sincerely thank all of our guests for posting a review of their stay in our home. To clarify the comment about one of the bathrooms. Our home has 4 full baths. Two are on suite, one is a Jack & Jill and the 4th is a hallway full bath. The guests staying in the BR w/Queen bed walk 10 to 15 steps past the open DR to that hallway bath. We want all our perspective guests to understand the layout of our home. Thanks for considering a stay in our HHI home!
Very nice condo with great views. First class furnishings. Our stay was great. The condo was very well furnished and decorated.
The property was clean, even after Irma just came through. The beach was wonderful...as we were practically the only ones there for a few days it seemed. Irma had literally closed the island down, but had just re-opened the morning we came down. Conch shells and sand dollars galore....restaurants were slow opening back up (some were damaged), but the neighboring town was still active. A nice condo and a nice resort.

A beautiful, well organized, impeccable home This home is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy one of the most beautiful neighborhoods on Hilton Head. The home is incredibly well-organized and user-friendly. And so are the owners!
Enjoyable and Relaxing Property The unit has spacious accommodations for a family of four. The condo is oceanfront, on the beach, with terrific views of the ocean. The extra nook, with twin bed, was a cozy third bedroom for our youngest son. The area in general is very family-friendly and would highly recommend to rent, or bring, bicycles, as the island has the most amazing paved bicycle pathways we have even experienced. Beautiful condo The condo was an excellent location. Beautiful view. Had a few maint issues(couple of drains slow, couple door handles off or lose). Highly recommend this condo for vacation
Less than expected We rented the house for four (4) nights. I'm glad that it was no more. The house wasn't very clean with lots of dust piled on certain items and bugs and cobwebs in the corner. You could easily tell that the housekeeping has been performed in a hurried manner for quite some time. The shower glass looked as though it had never been cleaned.
