Large home with access to lots of activities We had a great stay during recent trip. Bedrooms spacious. Upstairs pool room with trundle was perfect for two sons as it was away from all the adults and pretty soundproof. Access to garage was awesome. Communication and follow up with owner exceptional. Palmetto dunes a perfect spot.

Great location We found everything in the condo to be great. Beautiful home, beautiful complex. Very convenient to shopping and right on the beach.

Great house We had a few issues with the pool and some plumbing but nothing that wasn’t remedied! While the management company could use a little etiquette training- the house itself was adorable and clean. We will def rent here again!

Early Fall Get Away The online listing was accurate. We have vacationed on and off at Hilton Head since the last 1970s. This was our first experience staying on the first floor - we had always wanted an upper level "view". We are new fans of the first floor view from Hampton Place. A minor issue is that we had cook in a lot and the selection of fry pans can use some spiffing up. The dishwasher, frig/freezer, and laundry are first rate. Perfect Penthouse on Harbour This property is beautifully appointed, furniture, kitchen, large patio, down to the large ice maker. It is the only 2 story villa with regular stairs vs spiral staircase. The only weakness was that the basic kitchen equipment needs updating (coffee maker, frying pans) and the basic items like forks, wine glasses need to be increased to service for 6 or 8.

Overall, a nice place to stay... Pros: this two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of room for two couples (along with a child or two.) The condo was nestled in a quiet area with extremely easy access to a nice swimming pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked to meet all of our needs. Cons: We had family staying across the street and they were provided an ample supply of beach accessories and bikes...would have been a nice addition to this place. Family Vacation Great condo with perfect views of the ocean. The resort was very nice with golf, pickle ball facilities and bike rental. Highly suggest bikes and exploring the island. This was our first time to HHI and was one of our best vacations. Will definitely come back.

Old - Outdated, needs TLC. It was probably nice when it was built. Lay-out is very nice. Very rotted windows and latches. I don't think windows have ever been washed inside or out. Slider had broken lock. Contractors working on siding in cherry picker where at level deck and where loud. Screen door fell off. Hot tub never got hot. Faucets old and one leaked. Bathroom door in master bath hardly closes, since they never cut bottom of door down to adjust to tile height, so tile is damaged.

VaCasa is a horrible Property Manager!!!!! First of all, this unit is everything represented. The owner, Dr. Kraft is an amazing host and very attentive to anyone staying in her beautiful condo. We loved the unit and would recommend the property to anyone wanting to be right on top of the beach, allowing the waves to serenade you to sleep every night. The property management company, VaCasa is something else entirely. Without our knowledge, they sent a technician into the unit to repair a clothes dryer without our knowledge ... read more
