Hot vacation First thing we saw as we entered the condo was all the fingerprints on the sliding glass door that overlooks the ocean. We noticed it was very warm and turned down the thermostat from 75 to 72. We keep our own house set on 78. My daughter got a glass out to pour a drink and noticed the glass was dirty. We then noticed multiple glasses and silverware were very dirty with food still on them. Found a dirty, wet, nasty towel in the kitchen sink along with dirty bathrooms. I want to sincerely apologize for the problems you encountered. In the past, Resort Rentals has done a good job making sure the condo was clean, as evidenced by previous reviews. I have asked them to follow up on the offer of compensation with you. You should not have to be doing dishwashing on arrival! Multi generation vacation House was amazing! The home was clean and very well organized. Something to do for all ages between the pool/spa, the entertainment room with pool table, hammock etc. the dunes buggy provided great free transportation to the beach and surrounding area. recommend using the dunes buggy for the beach, otherwise parking can be a nightmare. Clean, nicely updated condo I'm extremely picky about the cleanliness and decor of rentals and this one satisfied on both. Great view! Great location in Palmetto Dunes!
Everything you need and a great location It's a great location very close to the pool and playground for the kids and not too far from the beach. Once we arrive we parked the car and stayed on bikes the entire week. The property is very well appointed. Lots of books and games and very strong Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well outfitted in the grill is very nice.

Wonderful Property with Amazing Owners! We have been using VRBO for the last 5 years for our vacations. This property and owner were by far the best ever to work with. They were so helpful and flexible and communicated to us before, during and after our stay. The condition of the property was amazing! The pictures do not do the property justice. Feels like Heaven This Oceanfront condo in Palmetto Dunes is absolutely gorgeous. And when they say 'Oceanfront' they mean Oceanfront! Gorgeous views. My husband and I also enjoyed long, romantic walks on the beach morning, noon and night. The location is perfect. The view is so amazing from the living room, Master bedroom and the guest bedroom. Perfect vacation rental This was our second year in a row renting this condo. Everything was just as perfect as last year. My six year old was so excited to sleep in the kids nook "secret room" and a crib for our 2 yr old fit perfectly in the second king room. The bed in the master is so comfortable & I haven't felt so rested in ages. The boys were thrilled to find all the kids books on the bookshelf & toys in the cupboard of the hutch in dining room.
