Palmetto handled everything! They coordinated all of the paperwork, permits and installation. And, they communicated the status of the project timely. Installation crew did a great job working in cold and snowy conditions. Very happy with our decision to use Palmetto for our solar system.

Everything was completed and ready for installation of our solar panels and the pandemic hit. We were postponed several months. However, Palmetto keep in contact with us and kept us informed of our status. Once our panels were installed (which was a very easy process), there was great follow up to ensure all things were correctly in place. I've have consistently seen a decrease in my electric bill. Palmetto Solar, had no problem working with this company. Instillation went smooth, it seems it took longer then I anticipated, but that’s because never seen one done. I’m satisfied with the outcome. Have saved money to date. I haven’t paid my Electric Company any money since I went on line January 2020 to present. I’ve been told that my panels are over achievers.

Literally had no issue at all. Customer service was wonderful, someone is always there to help, had no problems with installation, never had any leaks in the roof. We looked at 5 or 6 different solar companies and palmetto is the one we went with. Extremely happy with everything in the entire process
My salesman was wonderful and the installation team did a fine job. I am still attempting to understand the potential of the system performance over a longer period of time. Clearly it is much more efficient in the warmer months of the year. Given the huge amount of promotion in solar and offers of free panels I can believe I paid a pretty big number for the system - it was near impossible to get a number of estimates. The Mass SMART program is good, but very complicated.

Your energy production will vary throughout the year, but as long as photons from the sun are hitting your solar array, your solar panels will produce electricity. On cloudy or overcast days, fewer photons are hitting your solar panels, so they will likely perform below their maximum energy capacity, and you will see a reduction in the amount of energy produced. palmetto installed solar panels on my house in december of 2019. they have worked great, and have produced as estimated. their phone app was recently updated and is very useful, and the follow up customer service was excellent, ESPECIALLY helping me out with the tax rebate logistics. thanks guys, -rick
