Great and professional interaction with Palmetto and subcontractor Energy Solutions Direct (ESD) for installation of both Solar Panels and Home Storage Battery system. Starting with representative Julius Williams, we were quickly able to get a great quote for an installation for my needs. Then a team of efficient and professional representatives contacted me to guide me through the process.
So far I am satisfied with this company and there people , like other companies there are a few bumps in the road but as of now I am good with this company . I know I have only been with them for a month or so but so far so good .
All 3 of the sales force that I had in my home were prompt cordial and knowledgeable. They were well spoken and presented a professional image
Just hope I get credit or reimburst for it
They were very knowledgeable and responsive.
Helped us understand our problem is most likely the power company.
With one call my solar problem was resolved. Now I know what to do next time my processors are not responding.
I had to find a new lender quickly because the other one went out of business. Palmetto set me up in one day with the same terms! I also had to cancel a pending contract with Palmetto from a prior service that had unfavorable terms. In one phone call Palmetto straightened everything out! They were professional and helpful and addressed all my concerns!
Your representative was very helpful and patient with answering our questions about our billing questions. This is new to us and we were not familiar enough at the time of purchase with what we needed to know. Thanks.
