I HATE that Pangea took over the property that I live in !!!!!!!!!! They half ass fix things and when they come out to fix something, they use the cheapest materials ever! To make matters worse, you have to call them one/two months later for the same problem! NEVER clean the hallways or laundry room. They started charging the tenants to park their cars in the back of the building which is unassigned parking. The list goes on…..and on! We Love how prompt and efficient our Property manager Jon is. He has made our Pangea experience pleasurable. Which is the way things should he at the place you call your home thanks Jon. Your doing an excellent Job!!

I don’t have no stars to give but I had to choose one. I never been late on my rent the whole entire time I’ve been renting from these scammers. The heat is off as I write this message. We go through this every year regarding this boiler. They don’t reach out to you to rectify the problem none what so ever. If God allows me to see the day my lease will be up which will be this spring, I will not be renewing it and ll will never recommend Pangea to no one. These people do not care one bit. We found an apartment that we felt would work. Sent in the $ for application fee. They dragged their feet. Then said they needed more proof of income. I immediately sent then the information requested. That was a Friday. I waited until Monday. Still no word. I contacted them again. Yes they had the info and I was approved, but it would be a day or so until it was final??? Three days later I am told that, "yes you are all ready to get your apartment." I spoke to a few people on our end in order to get the full story, and it appears we ran into problems verifying proof of income. You were pre-approved and everything else looked fine, but there were some pay stubs missing, then we couldn't view them due to being password protected. My property manager blake smith said he will never help me if I need help with rent and kept threatening me over and over and then played stupid in my face about it, he is not a good person or property manager, I cant wait for pangea to see the mistake they made in hiring this disrespectful and I helpful threatening man to a woman.
