No one never came out to spray for these big Roaches that’s running around my apartment
He came out in a snow storm and it took him all of 30 minutes to fix the sink and I thank him.
My heat is not working in my unit and the maintenance man came and said all you guys can offer is 68 degrees and it’s below 0 outside and I have two small children I’m not happy with the locks on my doors they are for show not safety I don’t feel safe and maintenance advised I have to pay for real locks that should have been provided with the unit

Every winter we have the same issues. For every problem PANGEA tells us it takes up to 3 business days before the problem can be handle, before the property manager can return your call. Who doesn't have maintenance on call for night emergencies?. What snow removal crew doesn't work the weekend? I don't appreciate being treated like my concerns are not important but my rent money is.
You did good better communication is needed one person would tell me an apartment was available then when I called someone else would say no it was takin already. I could see if this only happen 1 once but over 3 times I really wanted a 2 bedroom but had to get an 1 bedroom due to the lack of communication but your apartments are really nice
I was not directed properly for my original move in date.
