Excellent customer service
My lights were off until 6:30PM. I have 2 small children in my unit & it was also cold.
I didn’t expect for my request to be handled in less than 24 hours but I was and I really appreciate it.
My entire move in was cancelled because the property manager said the Village didn’t do an inspection on the apartment which they did but pangea failed to obtain the paperwork. I had the passed inspection paperwork and provided it to Pangea. Pangea then went to the Village to verify everything was correct so I could move in. Because they cancelled my move they didn’t have the paperwork or the keys so I could move in. A lot more things went wrong that I don’t want to include because I’m completely exhausted and upset
Maintenance time is usually less than 24 hours my property managers have been very understanding and patient and since the pandemic this company still kept up the building with no hesitation
