Everything was accessible and easy.
The repair was good but this is the second time i asked for maintenance to call me before entering and he did not...he lied and said he did also he tried to enter my home without putting any type of covering on the bottom of his work boots

In regards to the latest pest control issue, no one ever came out for that. The previous maintenance issue, with the radiators is resolved. Thanks for that. However, I’m still waiting on pest control.
I'm freezing they made my problem worse
The maintenance person is always pleasant and wears his mask. He completed all of the work orders to my satisfaction. I am happy and grateful. Pest control came out as well in a timely manner. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness
