I would say the staff is very efficient… I would say the staff is very efficient and concern about doing things right and in order , they took the time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions , and was very welcome to be a part of the PANGEA family , I felt at home and very comfortable .

Overall pleasant move in experience… Overall pleasant move in experience only concern I had was the leasing agent threatening to put my apartment back on the market after I already paid a holding fee for it AND I was signing the lease a couple days after I paid it ! Otherwise my apartment is very comfortable & is renovated , so far so good !

Sometimes they can be busy but you can count on them to be productive. Good service has been provided to me since being a new lease holder. They was really on top of everything… They was really on top of everything and the apartments are so put together! I love my new apartment and Pangea helps with anything that needs to be done! They are the best and money wise the move in fee helped a lot !
Confidence and Warmth From the time you apply to the time youre done with them, they are there for you. My lease they always kept in contact and they worked with me to make sure it worked for me. Very responsive, very friendly, and I always feel welcome to enter the office knowing that my problems will be heard then solved.
