I like the freedom of movement I have from cottage to cottage. I have never been ordered around by any of the caregivers, meal tech or nurses, etc. all very polite, kind and professional.

This is a wonderful facility. The biggest issue we have dealt with are lost items. Otherwise I feel they take good care of my family member.

My family and I were very fantastic. I have found Pacifica Paradise Valley for my mother. [Name removed] did an exceptional job guiding us through the process. We love the facility and the staff is amazing and very friendly. We are very pleased with our mother's new home.

My mom has been a resident of Pacifica for 4 1/2 years. Our family is very satisfied and grateful for the excellent care provided by all the staff (nurses, caregivers, dietary, maintenance, office, and activities departments). They are a dedicated "family" whose goal is to make your loved one feel like they are at home.
