I like the freedom of movement I have from cottage to cottage. I have never been ordered around by any of the caregivers, meal tech or nurses, etc. all very polite, kind and professional.

This is a wonderful facility. The biggest issue we have dealt with are lost items. Otherwise I feel they take good care of my family member.

My family and I were very fantastic. I have found Pacifica Paradise Valley for my mother. [Name removed] did an exceptional job guiding us through the process. We love the facility and the staff is amazing and very friendly. We are very pleased with our mother's new home.
